Look what I found...I have been doing some desk top cleaning and I found a really nice 12x12 set of Quick pages for you. So I thought it would be fun to have a challenge this month. And for playing along you will receive a a 18 page BragBook from this same collection.

First Part

1. Use 3 of the 5 12x12 QPs pages below with photos from your favorite vacation. Please make sure you journal some place on your layout the City, State and/or Country with date. The year if you don't remember the full date.

2. Post them in any gallery you usually post in and email the links (email at the end of the challenge) so I can go give it some lovin and see what your favorite vacation was.

SECOND Part

3.Purchase one of the Mother Earth Collection scrap kits from any one of my stores, send me the purchase date (which must be between July 3 and July 31) the name of the kit along with the order number in your email with the links and YOU will receive the whole 18 Page Bragbook. Add July Blog Challenge in the subject line of your email, please. I don't want to miss anyones email.

Please have fun with this. If you only get to do the first part of the challenge, I will sending you the posting gift if you email your links. I can't wait to see all those favorite vacation photos of everyone. I have to say that I did have a much better day today. Thank you all for your up lifting comments. I really enjoy reading them and love hearing from you as you stop by to collect this kit, Family Photo's. I am making it for my first all the same kit album for my girls and going to surprise them by having them printed by either Shutterfly or one of the other ones. DO ANY OF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION which one is the best???? This is the last part I have made up so far but after working with it, I think I will make an add on in the next month or two. I have a couple of fun summer kits in mind. One I have started and the other is only a color palette at the moment. he he..tonight I just goofed off, knowing that I had this ready for you to post tonight. Trying to get those creative juices flowing.

I hope to have something ready for Friday, but if I don't I wanted everyone to know that I hope you have a safe and festive July 4th. I am sure the web will be quiet, with everyone having their back yard BBQs, spending time with love ones and watching the fireworks, so I want to let you know that I wish you all a Wonderful Holiday! Enjoy your families, say a PRAY for all the service men and their families who are still serving in Iracq (sp?) for our country so we can have our INDEPENANCE we celebrate every 4th of July. Who knows maybe I will come up with a special freebie so that you can show me ALL the Family Photo's you took over the 4th....and know that I so appreciate all the support and encouragement you give me.

I have to say I was a pretty cute baby...but after 50 years of of raising four kids puts a toll on the old body. LOL I am using this kit to make the girls both a 8x8 board book for Christmas. I so really enjoyed see some of the photos my mom had never shared with us. This was one of them but I have lots more to do. I have to do at least 12 pages for the books for them. Besides it's always fun scrapping baby photos, right? I know I really enjoy it.

Freebie is finally here...sorry for being late!!!

What a day...I got up early and still never got this posted for you. I got a call early in the morning from my boss, they couldn't get the fax machine working. So I had to leave the house in a hurry, I finally got back home about 2pm and sat down here to pay some bills and go through the snail mail that was piling up beside my deck since I had left for my mom's. And before I knew it it was dinner time. This may sound like, AND.....(everyone has these days) Now I know that I don't do well when someone calling me away from my normal everyday coffee and morning computer time...Kinda like getting your coffee and reading the news paper before starting your day.

This is me at the age 4, the summer before I started school. My grandma had this made in a dime store downtown Pontiac MI. I remeber it must of been her favorite as she had an 8x10 in her bedroom. Ok ...see below for your Part 3. ENJOY!

Freebie of "FAMILY Photo's" Part 2

Good Saturday to you all. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend and doing something fun. ;)... I have two more days of my month's vacation and tons of email to finish going thru that I didn't attend very good while I was gone. LOL....time to stop hiding from the digi world and get back at it. But the break has done me some good and made to take a good hard look at where I am going in my designing adventure (will post more about that later in another post).

Here is the second part of the Family Photo's...I hope to get a couple of things scrapped with it tonight, that is how I know if the kit is missing something or has too much of something. Plus, I brought home a lot of photos I want to scrap for my kids family albums. That is one of the reasons I am designing this kit. Who knows, this one may become a series too! What do you think? Adding different colors with the tan paperbag look. As you can tell that is one of my favorites.

I had alot of fun going through my mom's stash of photo oldies...it brought back so many fun family memories and lots of laughter between my mom, sister and I on this visit to "nothing to do land", Bloomfield, MO. It did make me realize that I really miss living close to my parents, we did have alot of good times together as I was growing up and also realized something very sad, they may not always be around. BUT......my sister and I have them talked into TRYING to move back to the sunshine state. Most people retire here in FL, but my parents moved north when they retired, away from their family to be with another part of my mom's family and I could see they aren't really all that happy as they were when they first got there. My mom did an awesome job with us girls in teaching us how important family is...I only hope I can be as good with my kids.

Well, I have a busy day, so I better get cracking.....hope you enjoy this part of the kit and again.....I so appreciate all your love and support.

Here is the first one that I have been thinking about before I ask for your help, a heritage kit. I am going to share it with you first over the next few days but will be removing the links on the first of July as I will be putting it in my store for sale. I am really please with what I have came up with, just a few more things I want to add, but wanted to start sharing with you now. Here is the start of it......What do you think? Hope you like it as much as I am liking it...going to try sscrapping an album for my kids with some of the photos I brought home from my trip to my MOM's photo boxes and albums. It was so much fun looking through all the childhood memories.

I am so sorry that I didn't get this posted last night. I am still very tired and not really feeling very creative. But I do want to thank all of you who stop by my blog daily and for all the wonderful comments you have been leaving me during my vacation. I still have one more week or so til the end of the month but I will be posting here (I hope) daily with something for you .

Being away from the computer has made me see that there are so much I should be doing around my house. Man what a mess....I have paperwork to weed through, collecting from mowing customers and tons of organizing to do in my office. So.....what gives, only time will tell but I think I am just babbling as I am tired and don't want to go back to work in my real world job tomorrow.

Hi, everyone! I just got home late last night and was playing around with some slides my mom gave me as my scanner will scan slides. I will have to play alittle more as the quality isn't very good between it being old and learning to edit photos. Here is me and my brother Jim, which I got to visit while I was in Missouri. He lives in the northern part of the state.

I will be back on tonight with more of Pretty in Pink but want to say Hello and That I got alot of stuff to play with and scrap for my children so until later......

Well it's Thur and we are having a great time. We have been looking through mom's old family photos and having some good laughs, exspecially with my little sister. I have a bunch I am scanning in today to bring home. And my sister and I talked my mom into having a portrait made together. I had to laugh, as my mom is like, oh we can get an appointment or I really need to get my hair done. So, Amber and I got the phone book out and solved both of those problems (you have to remember, we are in a very remote area and these people here are so backwards and don't do anything with out it very well planned out months ahead of time). after about 3 hours of calling and meeting all mom's " we can't do that" . We are going today at 10:30 to get her hair done and 4:00pm to a beautiful park setting with the town photographer that does all the senior pictures for the schools in this area.

When we told her it was all set up, she says, "what are we going to wear? We told her all the same color tops, jeans and bare foot. So after we got my nieces to sleep so dad could watch them, off to Walmart for the same color tops but she wanted a little different style shirts for each of us (this was 10pm). Then when we got home, she wanted us to paint her toe nails. We all got pretty toes and off to bed we went. I am sure today is going to be a real adventure, she hates things done at the last minute and my sister and I get a kick out of it. But all in all, we are all having a GREAT time and one we will all be able treasure for a long time. She wouldn't let us take pictures, so I will have to journal these moments with our portrait.

Well it is my turn for shower, so I better get going. My dad has a house full of woman and has to jump in and out when he can, but I think he is enjoying us all being here. I will post all the rest of Pretty in Pink this Sunday when I get home (I forgot the CD, sorry). Thank you for stopping by to read about my MO adventure.

Hello everyone!

I am at my mom's and really enjoying my visit and have some across some slides my mom has decided to part with of me as a babies to 5 years old. Woo Hoo, Some I don't remember seeing.

The day we got here, we were greeted with a family cookout with about 50 some family members I had not see since I was a very young girl and a few I had never seen. Was so happy to be able to meet them and to see my nieces and newphews. My oldest brother Jim, and almost all of his family was there and thier new grandson. My uncle Speed, at least that is what we have always called him. I have a bunch of photos to share BUT I forgot my camera cord so I can't get the photos off my camera now to share with you...Will be making a Walmart run tomorrow, so I guess I will take the camera card and get a CD made so I can share them and I want to get copies of my mom and sisters pictures. Well, until a few days or I get some pictures to post.

I got a little carried away with this part of the kit. But this Blue part of the kit is for my dear friend "New Grandma" Bon Scrapatit Designs as I have said before. New Arrival in Blue Part ONE

Well gals I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I have been working at getting organized to go on vacation and finish up on a few things I needed to turn in to a coulpe of the store before I go. I will be leaving in the middle of the week, but getting my house in order also...it alot of work getting ready to leave and then when you get home you need a vacation from your vacation...LOL. Well I hope you enjoyed the first part of New Arrival, I have took down the links for the first few and by the ned of the week I will be taking down the green parts as well. I am going to get them together to put in my stores as a baby mega kit, I hope. It took me forever to get the Mother Earth series together and in the stores.

Well gals, here is part 4 of the Orange and Yellow...as I was looking at what I had been making for the other two colors we haven't got to yet and because everyone really likes these two color sets, I decided to make a few of the frames, numbers for each month old the baby is and a couple of mats with stitched edges...it's just keeps growing but it is fun sharing with you ladies and I know it is something you all like! I am making a Pink and Blue sets too, but I am saving them to post as I will be on vacation for the month of June. I am getting them all made, zipped and uploaded, so all I have to do is post them for you while I am way!

Thank you very much for all your comments and I am so enjoying this series. It keeps growing and growing.....LOL. But it's fun and it all came about for two reasons, first the color palette and theme was from my challenge group, Scrap Kit Challenge, I have with my very good Friend, Kathy. As I was doing the parts for each week of the challegne, I learned that my Best Friend, Linda (Bon Scrapatit)was going to be a GRANDMAAA soon to a beautiful little boy! Well, I so want to do something very special for Linda, as I have learned SOOOOO much from her thru the last few years working with her very closely thru another site. This has so grown into a Monster Mega Baby Kit......LOL. So I wanted to share with all you glas that visit my blog. And now that I am posting the parts here, it is even growing more....but It's fun and I love to share and make others Happy!

Father's Memories

Well I bet you guys think I had got lost or forgot about you...Not a chance, I love my blog visitors. But last week we had a very close call with someof my family members here in Florida that lives in the area that had some bad wild fires/arson... they are not sure but it was really windy and dry as a bone as we haven't had any real rain in months. EVERYONE is ok and no damage to anyone homes or property. It even rain for about 5 minutes today...LOL. This is one of the reason I haven't been on here since last week....

OK...I have been working my fingers to the bone on a few new creations and have a few things to share with you so make sure and visit regularly for the next few days anyway as I have some new goodies in store for you....Like this one for Father's Day called FATHER'S MEMORIES available at DSG, TTS, TSG and my new store CIA.

DAY 2 FREEBIE.....5x5 MINI Bracket PageSorry this is so QUICK tonight. I have been away from my computer most of the day as I need to clean house (going to have to fire the maid....LOL), go get grocerys, post office (have to get rid of the cook and era boy too) and go talk to my boss about time off to visit my parents. WOO HOO a weeks vacation. So I had to find the cheapest flight to Memphis, Tenn where my sister will pick me up and we will drive to Bloomfield, MO. I know, nobody has a clue where that is. They are so far behind times, they are probably not on the map....LOL Just kidding. The day we get there two of my borthers and their families will be there for a family pinic as my uncle from CA will be there. FAMILY REUNION....PICTURE TIME!
