Well it is late by a couple of hours, but here is your Day 10 QP for my 12 Days Before Christmas. I spent most of tonight talking on the phone. A much need chat with my mom. They live in MO and are going to only have my Aunt and her daughter's family to spend Christmas with. At least they are not going to be alone. Mom is use to all of us being together, but they just can't make it down here every year. My mom and Dad come down every other year, so I hope they are here next year. It's really hard for us to go up there as all kids are here. Anyway, I really enjoyed our visit. Until tomorrow...time for BED! Thank you again for all your support.

Day 9 FREEBIE: 12 Days Before Christmas Quick Page

The rush is starting to hit me now...good thing I had got this 12 days Before Christmas finished ahead of time. I just sat down 10:45 pm and I got home at 6:00pm. The phone has been non stop...almost all of my grandsons birthdays are around holidays and my oldest grandson's birthday is the day after Christmas, poor kid. He calls himself the "forgotten child". Which of course he isn't but his birthday is never as big as his sisters, which is in the spring. The other two are too young to realizes yet. So we are planning a surprise party for him on Christmas Day. (We are not ALL going to be together until the following Sunday and he thinks that is when he will see us, so Jess (my oldest daughter) and I came up with suprising him...although we all won't be here, it is going to be HIS Day! and He will be so suprised. He is just like his mother, "You know Grandma, my birthday is the day after Christmas" (like I am going to forget, he won't let me...LOL) Little hints he threws out there, trying to fish for information and attention...Very senative kid too! What a day, I left the house at 8:00am to take my daughter and the new baby, Xander to the doctor before work and it's now 11:00pm. I just got home from a shopping trip with Dusty...as she said we shopped til we dropped. I don't know about her, but I am off to bed right after I pass my Day 8 Freebie along to you. We didn't do bad through, we are both done but the wrapping. I am really excited as I know the little ones will be too!

I know it has been two week since I post here AGAIN! Boy time flies when your creative brain takes over. I have been working on three new kits, plus getting caught up on my Nov CT work for The Scrapping Garden and Ilona Havenaar along with a couple of layouts for the gals at Digital Scrap Garden. Somedays there just isn't enough time in a day to get all my ideas in the works, much less into the computer. Then of course there is laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning house, and grandkids special events PLUS Christmas right around the corner...But I do have a couple of goodies for you today, one is a couple of scraplet from my kit "Believe" which is in my Store at Digital Scrap Garden.

I usually don't really post personal things here, but I thought you would get a good laugh out of this.

It just proves that too much of an adicition My Digital World really is. Wed night I stayed up WAY too late, 3am knowing that I had tons to do to prepare to the family Thanksgiving Dinner/Birthday Party for two my grandsons. A trip to Walmart early in the morning to get the birthday gifts I hadn't purchased yet and a couple of thing for our dinner...(didn't want to go fight the day before a holiday crowd after work) besides I wanted to get my new kit finished...LOL. I crawled out of bed around 7am and threw on my clothes and thought, there won't be anyone at Walmart this early on Thanksgiving. WELL, sleepy eyed and no coffee, I got my SHOES on and left for the store. And DIDN'T realize until I got home, prepare the things for our dinner, packed everything up to go to our hosts house, my daughter Jessica, went to the door to get my SHOES on to go....I REALLY WEAR ONE Black and ONE Brown shoe to Walmart that morning. AND yes the store had LOTS of last minute people in it. If someone noticed, they didn't say....but I died laughing. And I hope you all realize that I am truly ADDICTED to My Digital World!

Ok, I have alot to post tonight as I have finally got everything ready for your freebies for this Week and last. Things have been kinda of crazy in my digital and personal life the last two week. Lots of Exciting thing happened so...I'll start out with explaining alittle more about me opening a store at Digital Scrap Garden.

I started posting my layouts for the world scrapping tour, and found DSG. Nice and very personable site. I really enjoyed checking them out on my daily round on the web to see them love people had been commenting to my layouts. I surfed around the site and found a neat Challenge I would enjoy doing, and I have been stopping by there daily since. They were so sweet and had even ask me to do some CT work for them, when the light bulb started going off...why not ask them if I can apply to be a designer on their design team? To my SURPRISE they said YES! I feel very comfortable with them and so enjoy being part of their design team....Thank You, Ladybug, Purple Frog and Flutter for the very SPECIAL introduction to your site and the support you ladies have gave me to take the next step in My Digital World. I would like to say I'm sorry that I am late getting to my blog post this week, so I am posting a quick up date to let you know that I will be uploading your new freebies tonight. I have been working hard for almost a week now getting my kits ready to put in my first digital online Store at the site Digital Scrap Garden. I am so excited and didn't want to post anything until it was final. I will be post more about this tonight along with the freebies for the week 3 and 4.

IT"S FRIDAY...thank goodness. It has been a busy week. Our Scrap Kit Challenge has been keeping me busy this week. Kathy and I have been checking all the files and getting to see all the wonderful things the gals are Learning, Creating , and Sharing together at Scrap Kit Challenge. We have 18 or more gals that have sent in Week One-Papers, Overlays and Borders and one gal has done two differents kits. WOO HOO. It has been fun using my skills to help out others to show off their creative talents. Kathy has done a wonderful job putting our site together and is now very excited that we have so many gals wanting to share with us. Thank You Kathy it is Great working together again.

I am also excite to have joined a new creative team, Ilona Havenaar aka Sokkie. She has been designing for a while now and is a very creative girl. I meet her at another site which we use to both be on their creative team. I remember hooing and aahing over her wonderful layouts she posted. I am working on a couple of her newest kits that will be out soon and I will keep you posted on anything specials she has going on over the holidays. Thank YOU Ilona, you're a wonderful Designer and I am excited to be on your team. She has stores in DigiScrap Warehouse, DigiScrap Shak and Divine Digital. She will also have a store openig at 3Scrapateers soon. A real
busy lady but wonderful to work with.

Tomorrow is a new Holiday exspecially for us DIGITAL Scrappers. It is National Digital Scrapbooking Day! For all who has become addicted, it is giving us another SPECIAL day to sit at our computer all day, chatting in our favorite sites, downloading as many freebies as we can get and buying what we can or can't not afforded because it is on SALE. But remember to tell anyone complaining to you, you spend too much time Digital Scrapping, that one day when I am gone everyone in the family will be able to share our family memories that are better documented with special journaling and dates along with who and where they are. Much better than some of our Grandma's boxes of photos, which more times than not, leave us guessing all these things above.

I would like to share a new adventure Kathy Brandt and I have taken over, Scrap Kit Challenge. She and I had been working on this monthy challenge together and Kathy had been asked if she would like to take it over. Wow, our own site! But we didn't have much time to get everything together, we pulled it off. Our site went live last weekend. Learning, Creating and Sharing Together is what this site is all about.

It is a site for those wanting to learn to design and create digital scrap kit on their own. You have to sign up for sign here, and then each week we have planned out what part of the kit we are working on. We have tons of free tutorials to use for almost every graphic program, and you work at what you feel comfortable at. We have a yahoo group where you can ask the memebers or us questions if you are having trouble with something your working on along with our site being full of information to all stages of learning. So I visit you to join Kathy and I in Learning, Creating and Sharing Together at SCRAP KIT CHALLENGE.
