So, how is everyone after the wonderful weekend in Scrapland???? Good I hope...Lots and lots of GOODIES! We had a wonderful weekend and had lots of fun! It is probably a good thing I wasn't here to see ALL the wonderful deals that I couldn't pass up....I did make it over to KimB's and get her and Bunny's AWESOME grab bag!

I wanted to share with you what Miss Linda has been up to since her week long trip to the city with your honey.....This is her part of KimB color challenge for the month of April.... Good morning Scrapland!

I am so excited about all the events that will be going on this weekend. May 2 is a very special day to me as it is my 5Years in scrapland. I started out 5 years ago with a very special friend how turned me into one of the most addicted scrapper, Roni Butterly who is the mother to one of the divas that started 3Scrapateers. Lianne, Stacey and Brenda, 3Scrapateers founders guided me through learning to do a layout and commenting on others in their gallery to earn free kits. Then I joined their creative team is I meant and have been BEST FRIENDS with our be loved Bon Scrapatit Designs aka LINDA Walton...She worked very closely with me and very kindly has been guiding me through my addiction here in scrapland....if it wasn't for her I may have gave up long ago, but all her patients with my poor grahamer and miss spellings her and I have been through 5 years of one of the most awesome times together. And Hey Linda, the best is yet to come!!!!! Although 3 S is my roots to Scrapland I have so grown and spread my wings through out the last year and have met some VERY AWESOME, friendly and kind ladies. You are all very dear to my heart.

OK, enough about me. I would like to Share a special Blog train with you that started today. Mad Scrapper aka Robin Blankenship who is a designer at Gotta Pixel as well as a right hand person and wonderful person who helps out the designer at One Single Seed.

New kit RELEASES and a Freebie for you!
WHERE IS EVERYONE????????

Well I wanted to share a couple of things with you and to let you all know what is going on in MY DIGITAL WORLD! I have been on a roll this past week and weekend! But I am proud to announce that I have Three new kits for my store I will be releasing by May 1, 2009 and working on another collab with Monna Lainson and all I can say it that it will be even bigger and better than Burst of Spring, which by the way sold like hot cakes for the first two weeks it was in the store. Thank you all for all your lovin and support. I was so excited as it was the first time I had that many sales since I have been designing....So excited that I got my little mouse a clicking and burning the midnight oil preparing so new designs to put in my store for the first week in May as it is National Scrapbooking Day! So keep checking here if you are not following me through blogger....I have just about got my ducks all in a row and ready to post some goodies for each one.


Scrapland has been very slow this past week, weather getting warmer and sunny shine does feel good and I know SPRING is here and everyone is getting out side with your kiddos and Having some fun in the sun! As for the rest of us we are working our butts off for the BIG NSD the first Saturday in May...I am excited as NDS is my 5 year anniversary for digital scrapping and Have been hooked ever since.

I would like to thank all of you who commented and sent me your wonderful help on scanning in photos. I will get all my notes together as soon as I get to tryout all the advise I received and type them up to share with you all!

Good Morning Scrapland!

Well I spent a wonderful weekend with my oldest daughter, and she and I have been working on getting old paper photos in some kind of order and meaning for our family. Isn't if funny how we forget somethings but a PHOTO will bring it all back, but you can't put your finger on the timeline of it. We had alot of laughs, going back through time. And I have found a bunch of goodies to work with but they need to be scanned in......So that brings me to YOU!

Could you help me out with your tips you have found on scanning in old photographs or tutorials you have found....I would GREATLY appreciate it.

I will be back this evening with a mini kit I have to just finish up the preview and then I can post it tonight for you.

This is a photo I so cherish even through it's quality is very good as I took it shortly after I just got my first digital camera, it is the ONLY picture I have of all four of my kids. It is a long story so I won't bore you with that, but another reason it is do SPECIAL is this was a party we had for Dusty's graduation/birthday! I am so proud of Her as she was the only one of my kits that walked to graduation with her class. The other have their diploma, But this is a moment I will always CHERISH. (from left to right, Dusty, Greg Jr., Jessica and John).
