It is AWESOME and the detail she puts into each piece is outstanding and I bet I don't have to tell you, as I am sure you have already collected most of this gem, "LOVE IS".

This Scrapatit as Linda likes to call them, I made to show case my beautiful sister Amber. This was taken last weekend when we spent to weekend together along with my oldest daughter, Jessica to celebrate our Birthdays together on a Girls Night Out. Which by the way, we had a wonderful and relaxing time together.

What a week. Glad it is almost over and a New one will be starting. It seems like no matter what I tried to get made, something stop me from playing in PS or scrapping. But today I finally got a few things done for you this week and I will have a new kit ready by next Monday. Until then I do have a couple of goodies for you.

I made these Tag cards for you today from being inspired from a couple of Scrapping magazines I just got in the mail last week. Hope you like them. I have made them before, but please let me know if you have any trouble with them...Yes, I would love for you to send me a photo of them made up. I will try to make them up this week after I get new ink for my printer.

I want to Thank Bon Scrapatit Designs aka Linda my very dear and best friend for the wonderful post she posted on her blog to surprise me for my Birthday. Below is what I commented to her, but wanted everyone to know how much I appreciate the Kindness, Caring, Loving and Giving person I met 4 years ago. I treasure her friendship with my whole being as I can truly say that I can always count on her, no matter what time of day, no matter what it is or who it is for or about, Linda will help guide me with out judgment or expectation and excepts me for what I am. SO....my birthday wish is that I get to meet her in person and be able to hug this wonderful

WOW, You have got this tough skin in tears. You will never know the meaning this has for me (well, I am sure you do, but...) I have spent most of my life in the shadows of a man and so having a close girlfriend as we are, never happened for me until now. I love your kind, loving spirit as it has really kept me from being a bitten ole (not old) lady. So I want to thank you as well for ALWAYS being just a skype or phone call away! The connection we have is tightly woven after the last 4 years and it is no that will NEVER be broken. I not only have your back, but your whole being! Love you Girlfriend....I also want to thank Robert for putting up with all our chatting for hours on end at times, so I am thanking you for sharing that wonderful gal you have and you better take care of her....or you will have to answer to me!...LOL.

I want you and Robert to know that I have and will continue to keep you and your families in my thought in prayer through your lose of the ANGEL ELISE!

I would like to thank all of you who think my little guys is so CUTE! (of course grandma does too!) When he is really happy and excited he always has the tongue hanging out. Isn't is funny how each little one has a special and unique thing that is one of their starting point of being an independent person. I really enjoy watching these boys (my grandsons) grow into an individual and special person. These are the JOYS of being a grandparent!!!!

New Freebie...Winter Blues

Well, its been a couple of days, but I finally got this together for you. I have so many distraction with everyone in the family need there taxes done. LOL... But I don't mind helping them. Now days everyone can use all they can get.

Our GRANDMA day at the ZOO went well. We enjoyed watching Xander and each others company walking around. It is a great joy seeing the little things making a child smile and happy. Xander is only 17 months, but getting to be very independent and likes to do things for him self. Here is a couple of photo's I will share now and then I will be scrapping some of them too.

Xander is not very fearful of anything. Here he is in the bird exhibit... He wanted so bad to touch and hold the birds...Grandma Dawn has birds so he is use to them.
This was the train ride, where we enjoyed watching him looked wide-eyed. Very fun day! The photos I took, I tried to take at his level and it wasn't very easy but I had fun trying.


With all the cold weather we have had and being mid-winter I came up with Winter Blues. So here is your papers and I will be back tomorrow with the elements. Ok, I am off to do a little scrapping as Mel Has a kit that will be posted this weekend. Enjoy....

Good morning, I hope this finds you having a wonderful Monday, groundhog day. I just heard on the news that the ground hog says there is going to be 6 more weeks of winter....I know myself, I am getting tired of this cold weather, but not really complaining as I don't like our extremely hot weather we have here in Florida in the summer either.

I would like to share a very talented designer I have met through scrapland. Her name is Stacey Towers and you may know her from her blog, Random Musing of A Scrapholic Stacey's Scrap. I did these two layouts with her new Freebie kit she is sharing today. This kit is great for all those guys or gals that like extreme sports like Skating, skateboards and biking. THE PAIR of EAGLES...

Day 29- First sighting of the nest.

Day 30 - First Sighting of an Eagle on a near by power line.

Day 31- At first I just saw this one in the nest peaking out over the side.

DAY 31 part 2 THERE IS A PAIR of EAGLES...



I am so excited to be able to share my exciting update on the eagles. Two days ago I spotted a new Eagles nest on the main road to our subdivision. which I explained to you a couple of days ago, well yesterday I spotted one of the Eagles on a near by power line. So I decided to go check out the site to see if I could see anything today. Well on my way to the store I spotted what I thought was one of the Eagles peaking hi head of the side of the nest. But as I was returning home I stopped on the other side of the site, and WOW...Both Male and Female...I have these photos zoomed in almost the full 18x zoom, so they are not really as clear as I would like but I didn't realize how exciting it would be. I am thinking of going to the wild life refuge next weekend if it is warmer, to see what I can see out there. It is out by the space center and their are two really big returning pair of Eagles that nest out there as well. So we will see.

Grandma Eldona and I are taking Xander to the Zoo tomorrow so his other grandma can spend some time with him.

I will be back to post you some more goody but would like to say Thank you gals (3) so far that have sent in layouts from my Heritage kits I have been posting for the last month or so...I will make a slide show as soon as I get a few more, if I don't get anymore, I will post them anyway. Lets give it another week.

Freebies for Romantic Heritage and Spotting an Eagle's nest

Hello everyone,

I am so excited to see all that is enjoying this new kit that I have decided to post the rest of the kit now for you. The elements and both Alpha's posted here for you to download. Now I need something for you. LAYOUTS.... I have posted three Heritage kit over the last month and I would really love to have some layouts to show off. I have to share my Day 29 photo with you as I am really excite of what I found. Living in Florida, I have seen many flying Eagles, posted on fence posts, the ones in the Zoo, but I found a new Eagle nest today less than a 1/4 mile from my house. It is funny as I had seen this Eagle a few mornings, but by the time I could get the car stopped and camera in hand, of course it was out of sight. But tonight on my way home from work as I was driving the main road to my subdivision and going over the railroad track to my right are BIG power lines. I noticed something that looked like a Ospreys nest but as I got closer, the nesting material was too big for what they usually use. (we have lot of them on the highways in our area). So this is what I found....it explains why I have seen this Eagle flying in the same area more than once..... I am not sure if I had told you but I love watching birds of prey flying and in the wild. Something about their ease and gliding seem to give me a since of peace and freedom feeling. I will for sure to be watch this nest closely...it is new pair of Eagles as this nest has not been there long.OK, enough babbling....here are your goodies.
