Hi, everyone!
I thought I would let you know what I have been up to and missing in action about. Also going on a mini vacation...I call it my run away from the real world.


Well I am already for Brittany's Graduation. Album is printed and put together. When I get back from my run away, I will post the pages to the album a few at a time as there are 22 pages. The back page being an autographic page for her friends to sign at her party. I can't wait to give it to her....just a few hours.And here is a tag album I made for her teacher along with the bag to gift her with.

FYI: Another reason I am posting is that The day I am flying home I have a post that is due that morning, so I am posting my first prepost and I have to cross my fingers as the one I did early in the week didn't auto post. I think I have figured out why so I hope it work. If not as soon as I get home that night I will post....ok, I need to get to bed as I have a very early morning.

Good evening

I hope this finds everyone having a wonderful holiday weekend. Our family don't have much planned for this weekend as we are all busy preparing for next weeks up coming events. And I am finishing up my granddaughters graduation gift and printing the final pages. This has been so much fun and I get lost for hours looking through my stash for the perfect kit, what event to scrap and the longest and hardest part is PICKING the best photos. Brittany is a very social butterfly and has many good friends, as most 13 year olds do......(continued below).

(I really hope she isn't checking my blog like she use to, but I don't think so today, her step sister is graduating high school today and her brother, Chaz is having a band awards thing tonight and being at her Dad's for the weekend....being sick this week I will not be attending Chaz event tonight, but all of us as photo crazies, so I am sure Jessica will have tons for me to copy! Good luck Chaz!)

OK, back to what I was talking about, Brittany and most of her friends are so photogenic and with Brittany being a scrapper and very creative nature, I am blessed with TONS of photos. I am finishing up a 22 page album, printed and in an 8x8 size purple leather book. They are all of her and her 6th grade year. :( going to Jr. High school next year! So I will have lots of layout to share with you as soon as I know she wont be peeking! Her graduation is Thursday morning, and will be giving it to her then. So after my get away weekend, I will be posting a lot so that I can share them with you.

OH...Congrads to her as well as she just text me and she made the School JR High cheerleading team...she was so nervus and scared but WOO HOO, she made it! (Sorry, mom it looks like another VERY busy year).

Sunday evening: sorry I am back and didn't get this posted! I will finish up quick and be back in tomorrow with lots and lots to share from my new adventure at a CT member to Charlie's Scraps and of course a new freebie for you!!!!

Freebie and New Commercial Goodies from Charlie's DigiScrap

Hi everyone, I wanted to get my new kit in the store but haven't as of yet, but I do have some goodies for you as I had promised. I wake up with the start of the old fashion cold and was a little feverish so I didn't get my morning computer time before work so I am posting the start of this weeks goodies and sharing with you tonight!

Next, I want to share with you some exciting news that I am doing a some CT work for a very dear friend I meet a few months ago while working with the gals from Scrap That Idea. Sharlene of Charlie's Digiscrap were both on a Creative team together and I so admired her work and followed her after she opened her store at Enchanted Studio Scraps. While her kits are so amazing, she has been also doing some commercial product too! And wow, they are so detailed and amazingly easy to work with. She also has a new kit out, called "Colors of a Geisha" which I used with a special photo I had from my trip to Okinawa a couple of years ago.

Freebie Elements of Mama's Love

Good morning, I wanted to share a few pictures with you from our weekend family gathering as I am so proud of my family and I couldn't wait until I got the scrapped. I am still working on Brittany's graduation gift so I thought I would share them this way so that I don't get side tracked from that project....it happened very easily these days. The mind is just not a clear as it use to be. LOL....

Jessica and the kids, Brittany and Chaz got me this new cell phone. It is pretty cool...it has a 2.5 mega pixel camera and a wide screen when flipped open. It is also a music player, not a feature that will be used, but good to know.

New Blog Release....Happy Mothers Day!

I Hope everyone had a wonderful Mothers Day and that you were treated very well. I had a great time of the over weekend with my family. My sister came down from Jacksonville and we had a nice picnic and an Easter Egg hunt for the kids as it had to be delayed as one of my sisters girls were sick during Easter.

I told you in my last post that I was going to share something from a friend, well here it is the third Part 3 of "Girasole" by Bon Scrapatit Designs Aka Linda Walton...She has bee busy but I saw that the post came through early this morning....I wanted to scrap something first, but the time just got away from me today. If I get something over the weekend I will share that and maybe a QP fro Linda's AWESOME Sunflower kit called: Girasole.... it is great and I can wait to work with this part. Well, I need to get the Make sure you check them out and as always leave her lots and lots of lovin! She works so hard to make her blog followers coming back for more!

Hi everyone, I have been a busy little scrapper this week...My granddaughter's graduation 6th and will be going to Jr. High school next year. Our baby girl will be going to Jr High...Brittany is a very sociable young girl who is very strong willed...she has children diabetes, sugar testing three or more and shot twice a day. She has never let it interfere in her school activities or friends. Well at least if she can't help it....sometimes her sugar goes a little hay wire and it can't be helped but all in all we are very proud of how she handles it for the last two years. One more week to get this book done, so I may be in and out quick this next week but I do have something to share with you now.....

The gals over at Digiscrap Addicts are having a Designer competition going on now, which already started and :( I missed the beginning but it will be fun to follow for the next few weeks. They are posting Week One samples Kits....WOW there are some of the most AWESOME designers showing off their best work and sharing it too! You have to check it out to see if your favorite designer is competing....HERE is the list. And if you would like to have some fun read this information on posting a layout of your favorite Designer... HERE.
